NFL QB Jayden Daniels Hosts Community Day

Hometown hero and NFL standout Jayden Daniels, quarterback for the Washington Commanders, recently hosted Community Day at his alma mater Cajon High School at the football field named in his honor, Jayden Daniels Stadium. The Jayden Daniels Foundation spearheaded the first ever Community Day where his foundation provided hundreds of local youth with iPads, Beats by Dre headphones and speakers, backpacks and school supplies. Commanders Jerseys as they entered the stadium chanting M-V-P. In addition to the youth and their parents, many local dignitaries were on hand to support the Community Day. San Bernardino County Supervisor Joe Baca Jr. addressed the crowd, along with board members of the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Members of the San Bernardino Police Department came out and were photographed with Daniels as well. Daniels was excited to be home giving back to the community that supported him as he was growing up. “This City means a lot to me, to be able to give back and inspire the next generation. I appreciate everybody… thank you guys,” said Daniels. Daniels, the 2024-25 NFL Rookie of the Year had a record breaking rookie season. He led his team to the NFC Championship game, while having one of the greatest rookie performances in NFL history. Daniels put the entire NFL on notice. Everyone is excited to see what he does during his sophomore campaign. Many NFL analysts and commentators rank Daniels as one of the top five quarterbacks in the NFL.
