The Precinct Reporter Group recently partnered with Chase Bank to host a Homeownership Workshop. The workshop was held at the Rialto Chase Bank Branch. The homeownership workshop was conducted by Cornel Hunter, Chase Bank Lending Manager. Hunter covered a number of important topics during his presentation including Chase Bank’s down payment assistance program, the importance and benefits of buying a home, closing cost saving strategies as well as other important topics. The workshop also included a fireside chat with Chase Community Manager Jonathan Escobar, along with a Q&A session. The information was very well received, and the audience is looking forward to additional financial literacy workshops. Shown above is Brian Townsend, Precinct Reporter Publisher; Carl Dameron, Dameron Communications CEO; Willie Ellison, Sapphire Marketing CEO; and Cornel Hunter, Lending Manager and mortgage expert at Chase Bank.
